The principle

Your kitchen is a pharmacy. You just weren't told.

In Ayurveda, agni — digestive fire — is what determines whether the food you eat becomes energy or becomes weight. Turmeric calms inflammation that slows metabolism. Cumin and coriander sharpen digestion. Ginger ignites agni before a meal so your body actually uses what you give it. When the right spices come into your food at the right time, you naturally eat less, digest better, and your body starts releasing what it no longer needs. The goal was never to starve your way thin. It was to make your body work the way it was always designed to — so that you become the best version of yourself, from the inside out.
